Our Code of Ethics

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish-language version of this document is the binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

At Diagnostikare we operate under the highest ethical standards, because in healthcare we handle the most sensitive thing there is: people’s health and their data. This is a summary of the principles that govern us. It forms part of our full Code of Ethics, a formal document that guides the conduct of our entire team and operation.

Adherence to regulations. We act in adherence to the laws, regulations and quality standards under which we are certified. Compliance is not an add-on: it is part of how we are built.
Privacy and data handling. The handling of health data is central to what we do. We protect the confidentiality of our users’ sensitive information with the utmost rigor, under strict information security and protection standards.
Ethical use of artificial intelligence. AI is central to our value proposition, and we are committed to ensuring that its use is always ethical, transparent, supervised by health professionals and aimed at improving access and quality, free of discriminatory bias.
Respect for people and human rights. We offer an inclusive environment of fair treatment, without discrimination on the basis of gender, age, origin, orientation or any other condition. We promote, respect and protect the human rights of all people.
Independence and relationships with third parties. Our external relationships are free of conflicts of interest. We do not allow gifts or outside interests to influence our decisions.
People at the center, with evidence behind it. We put the person at the center with dignified, quality care. And we do not say this as a slogan: it is backed by our certifications, the independent validation of our impact and the scrutiny of the institutions that accompany us.
Integrity and trust. Trust and integrity are the foundation of all our relationships. We act with transparency, respect and consistency. Trust is not declared: it is built and demonstrated.
